Remarks
AIMSR was most suitable as per my entrance exam score. Also, the faculty and infrastructure of the college were really good. The quality and percentage of placements was also decent. The college was near my residence which was another plus point.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was interesting and we enjoyed learning most of the subjects. Faculties discovered new ways of teaching to make it even more interesting and fun. Teachers like Dipti Amburle, Manmeet Barve, Charushil Tayshete, etc were ace faculties in their subjects.
Internships Opportunities
I worked as an intern for 2 months at a Mercedes Benz dealership names Shaman Wheels based in Kalina, Santacruz. I wasn’t paid any stipend and joined to gain learning about automobile industry due to my keen interest in it.
Placement Experience
The placement cell tried well to place all the students. It was successful to do so with the Marketing students but the Finance students faced problems in getting placements. Also, the small companies that visited were not so good and did not offer decent opportunities to grow. The big sized companies were quite good on the other hand.
College Events
Campus life was too much fun. The Borivali design fair organised by the institute was one of the biggest design fests in the Mumbai suburbs. Artists from all over the city participated and the fest was concluded with performance of international DJ Leenata.
Campus Life
Infrastructure was well equipped with clean spaces and a library with decent collection of books as well as advanced computer lab. It also offered free wifi for all students. The cafeteria was hygienic and offered a lot of options.
