Remarks

Hemo Prova Borbora College is a famous girl's college in our state. Hemo Prova Borbora College playes a major role in girls education in Assam. More over college provide as sociology houners. Most importantly the college is the only girls college in our district. So that I got admission in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Hemo Prova Girls College is one of the best girl's college affiliated by Dibrugarh University. The Course of the sociology subject is pretty good. Teachers of our college is very helpful. They give us proper knowledge in the course.

Placement Experience

Many ex students of Hemo Prova Girls College secured seats in Assams top university's like Dibrugarh University, Gauhati University, Cotton University etc. Some of the students also get jobs. But I can say date our college couldn't give us more placement opportunities.

Hemo Prova Borbora Colleges are very beautiful and surrounded by beautiful tress. In our college campus a beautiful pond located. Girls gossips asides of the pond in the off classes. Our college organise annual sports week, sarswati puja, farewell, freshman social and also many cultural nights every year and all students can participate in the events.

Our college in a big area. College buildings are new. Both outdoor and indoor stadium has in our college. College doesn't provide Wi-Fi. But a gym and self defense classes provided for the girls. There are many books in our college library. Our college doesn't have science stream.

If you are opting for a cheap college with quality education then our college is just for you. The attitude of the faculty and the helpfulness of the Vice Chancellor also the principal is very impressive. All of the students take part in extra curricular activities but also serious towards their studies which makes our college the best college in north eastern states.

For admission, anyone who has passed his/her 10+2 in any stream can apply by going to the online admission portal(website) but at the time of mine, there was no such facility so We use to go college and apply directly by filling the form(paper-based).

Remarks:

Overall, I'd say college is very good. It is one of the finest colleges in the state. I came from elsewhere to study at this college and I don't regret my decision. I made many new friends and now I am used to the environment so it will be difficult for me to leave this place.
