Remarks

Probably because I believed that the personalities of students would be much better than in colleges with reservation. And indeed I feel like I have grown a lot here. So that is why I preferred BITS over other colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

Yes, the curriculum is pretty good. We were not restricted to only studying the courses related to our stream but we are also given an opportunity to explore our interests in other fields as well. For example, I personally am pursuing EEE and am probably going to join a company with a Data Science profile since I had the opportunity to do a good amount of courses and projects related to it in my college.

Course Fees: INR 2000000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Gates India Private Limited: Data Analysis intern- unpaid cAST- AI intern product development: 10k per month

Placement Experience

Almost all of the unicorn companies visit our college and for a vast variety of job profiles as well. IT placements are one of the best followed by finance and non tech. The alumni network helps a lot

College Events

All the events are pretty amazing. The cultural fest is 3 days long and a lot of efforts and money is put in to make sure it is a success. Same goes for the sports fest which is a 5 days long event where people from different colleges come and compete. There are two other fests apart from these two, the technical fest and the literary fest.

Campus Life

The library is amazing, the auditorium is one of the biggest among the colleges, the labs are fully equipped with everything that is needed, and sports facilities are available. I feel there should be a swimming pool too though, which we don't currently have.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel rooms are much better compared to some of the IITs. I got a single occupancy room in my first year and haven't had to share my room with anyone. There are double occupancy rooms as well, in case someone wishes to take them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The college building was nice; it's among the top 10 in Rajasthan, and I wanted to become a lawyer. So, this college seemed good. I prepare well, but there are no picnics or court visits. Everything is excellent; there's no need for any improvement. The exams are good, but the difficulty level is too high.

banasthali vidyapith a gem outside, but has huges cracks from inside.

BITS Pilani- A relevant review of Pharmacy

I selected this college over other colleges due to its legacy, exposure and opportunities. The freedom to traverse through multiple domains and it's flexible academics. I had applied to almost all biotech, bio engineering related colleges to get into health sector domain. I did not get rejection from any of the colleges. The admission process of my college includes an eligibility test, BITSAT, the scores of which determine admission into thsi college. I had appeared for the test in PCB subjects instead of PCM. The exposure given for finance and Entreprenurship in BITS Pilani is well over what an average engineering college might provide you . They offer a minor option using which one can sit in finance placements with companies like UBS Deutsche Bank , Jane Street and many more .The admission process for BITS includes the BITSAT exam which is an MCQ based exam . I chose BITS Pilani over other colleges due to its academic flexibilitym vibrant culture, zero reservation and merit based admission process. I had confirmed admissions from other colleges such as DTU but I opted for BITS primarily because of it Practice School program and the autonomy it offers in shaping your academic journey.
