Review for helping others

Only one thing I can suggest where I personally think that lpu is lacking behind is that allowing non- veg in campus.

My college is taking exam once in a week every week which make us to be continued and focused towards our studies. End-Term examinations are conducted with over 1 Lakh course examination results are published every semester! Every student gets to scrutinize their answer sheets in planned scrutiny sessions.

Lovely Professional University (LPU) is one of the largest support providers in student placements in Northern India. It offers placements under the discipline of Engineering, Management, Design, and Hotel Management. During the recent recruitment drive, more than 650 companies participated and extended over 2500+ placement/internship offers to LPU Students. More than 2000 students got placed in different sectors of the industry. Microsoft offered the highest salary package of 42 Lacs which was bagged by a final year B. Tech Computer Science Engineering student.

There are many events held in this university. Almost every month there is a event or workshops that too on a very large scale. Many singers concerts are held. Many prestigious and highly dignified people are invited for the guest lectures. Certain events are One world, Youth Vibe, Coke Studio etc.

The fee structure is quite expensive like for each semester the tuition fee is 90000. It keeps on increasing and decreasing each year for new batches but if my fees is set for 90000 for first semester then in all semesters it would remain same. The placements and job opportunities are excellent here almost each student is placed. The placement percent was 99% of the previous year. Each student is given 3 placement. Yes, they provide internships. I have not yet admitted to any internship being a student of first year but the stipend is quite good here as I know.

Yes, the scholarships are offered that too of great amount up to 1 lacs per year. I, myself is eligible for a scholarship of 48000 per semester. Yes, the loan facility is also provided by our college, as I've not opted so I don't know much about the rates and process.

Now it depends upon you. I would like to show up some great structure but not infrastructure because it also includes good internet which is not good at all. But there is a chance of getting it better because they have already collaborated with Jio to provide high speed wi-fi. But as of now its only available in some hostels only. Great amount of extra curricular activities. In this aspect, as per my experience, it's really great. But obviously you might face some difficulties sometimes. Great environment. The environment is just perfect with more trees and comeparitively less cars. And the roads are good. Even the buildings and everything is really clean. We also have electric rickshaw. Pure vegetarian food which is really really good. You would love it.

Yes I have opted for hostel. Because hostel rooms are quite comfortable here with all the facilities provided like almirah, study table, chair, beds, balcony, water cooler on each floor etc. It is sharing like 3 students sharing a room or 4 according to your budget and availability.

The relationship between seniors and juniors is quite normal and no complications. There are groups which contain students from all the batches currently active. They are just like friends and some times more than them you can say “BIG BROTHER”.

I took admission in LPU because I think it provides me best opportunity like placements and job opportunities in LPU are good and now it is getting better and better. There are loads of companies with LPU has tied up for placement of their students. Many students have been placed in the reputed companies through on-campus placement.

I think the faculty are just like our friends they are so kind people that they take care of us like our parents. They are always their for us whether something related to study or personal issues. The faculty here is quite eligible and also helpful, they are always ready to guide us even if we have any problem in life too apart from studies. They all have quite good knowledge of the course they are teaching us.
