It's an overall good college for engineering admission.

Our college gives us theory as well as practical knowledge theory knowledge given by professors in the classroom and practical knowledge given in a college workshop as well as 5-6 times industrial visits are arranged. In the final year, they give us the opportunity to those students who have aggregate average marks of more than 60% in campus placements.

The college has good placement records in my times around 22% of students got campus placement in various local as well as MNS companies. Based on company requirements percentage criteria is different but you should have a minimum of 60% avg in each academics years. Institutions do not take any step to prepare the students for the placement season.

Agnio, Razzmatazz, Awut, and many more are there. These events include cultural things like singing, dance, Plays, Fashion show, Mr/Miss fresher contest etc. While technical event includes robowar, roborace, various language programming challenge, mechanical components design challenge etc. These are very big events that many students from other colleges can also take part in it.

The college located in the heart of the city has very well developed infrastructure hence the fee is quite high as compared to other colleges in the city but you can get an educational loan or you can pay fee instalments also. College administrator has adequate transparency providing system from that we can get a brief idea of fund expenditure.

As my admission is done through government quota and due to the caste reservation system my 100% tuition fees given by the government.

Campus life was very disciplined we have to compulsory wear an ID card on a college campus along with black shoes and a college uniform. No ragging kind of things happens in college as the college has its own security force. No gender/religion/race bias is experienced. Sports, library, laboratory is well equipped. Many extracurricular activities are taken based on robotics, automotive, networking, social issues debates are also happening.

No hostel was very costly for middle class students. There are two types of hostel rooms. In the first type, 3 student per room and the other is 4 students per room. Both rooms come with the same basic facilities.

Yes, the college has there owned alumni network but they are not very useful for us so we hardly use it. It's better to connect them on social media rather than the college alumni network.

In my time this is the best engineering college in our region. It has its own sports complex, very good infrastructure, the campus is also nice, good placement records etc. I got admission as per the government's Centralised Admission Procedure CAP Round. I get admitted here in July 2010. For admission, I have to give my entrance exam mark sheet, H. S. C mark sheet and other relevant documents.

I think our college has 200-300 professionals staff and 100 other supporting staff. The average age of professors is around 35-40 years the minimum qualification professors possess are masters in respective subject to some professors are double Ph. D holders. The teaching system and maintenance of students academic record were excellent, based on those records internal marks are given to us.
