The college is really good. The fees is maybe a little high but in the end its really worth it.
Course Curriculum Overview
The learning was very much application based. Showing how the learning is implemented in yhe real world. The exams focus more on learning over mugged up syllabus. It really helped me learn alot and grow as a computer science enthusiast. The faculty encourages students to go after research in the research labs inside the college.
Placement Experience
The placement is something the college is really good with. Many big companies visit the college for placement. I myself bagged summer internship in the 5th semester and later on received the Ppo. The average package is around 9 lakhs. But for cse its near 11 lakhs, which is very good.
College Events
Cultural fest bitotsav is Celebrated very nicely. Technical fest pantheon is amazing as well. The management fests are also held and involve a decent participation from our college as well as other colleges from india. The environment is really nice in these times and provides good learning experience.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees is above average expensive being a semi private Institute. Our 4 yrs fees was close to 11 lakhs, which they have recently increased to over 13 lakhs. But they also provide scholarships which are pretty easy to avail if u work hard enough. There is complete transparency in fee breakdown.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, I couldn't avail the scholarship because the family income lies above creamy layer but people who need financial support get easily scholarships.
Campus Life
The campus life is really amazing. These have truly been the best 4 years of my life. Gender ratio is 3:1. Extracurriculars are really encouraged by the college to bring the best out of the students. Sports fests are organised twice a year which is really fun.
Hostel Facilities
In the first year, hostel is double sharing which changes to single room from the third semester. The hostels are very decent. It has total 11 hostels for boys and 2 for girls, which are cleaned regularly.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes the aluminis bring in new companies for placement. And also visit to guide students about their future.
Admission
I secured admission based on my JEE mains rank 6013 and selected this college because of the excellent placement opportunities. So I selected computer science branch and undergraduation started on 27 July, 2016. My cousin told me about this college.
Faculty
The faculty is decent but this is something that could have been better. Some teachers are really brillia but some teachers just go through presentations and themselves know very little about the subject so it isnhard for students sometimes. recently tequip program has really lead forward the teaching experience. The overall rating is satisfactory.
