MP PET now CG PET that was the only way to do Engineering in MP that time now Chhattisgarh, IIT JEE and other were very high tough as compared to this

Well that time it was done very least effort on placement and internship but even than SSB army came for campus that time for selection in Engineers wing of Army

Its very economical and feasible. All Govt colleges have Minimal fees structure here is also the samewe have paid fee of 800 per yaer and 400 per for exam now also its very less

All Govt Scheme are Applicable here. we haven't used that but others used to get Scholarship and Financial assistance for Hostel too

Mess was mess. hostel were cool but we use to stay at PG in City it was conveninetly placed on busy bus road sopublic transport was easy to get

Well Few Branches have a very Good Hold on there past legacy Like Mining Engineering But others lag behind in that. with Completion of 50 yrs lot of work is been done on this side

It was MIxed Hectic and chilled out for lab practiclas and sessional it was hectic and written exams were placed very comfortable dates and gaps

The Faculty here are chosen ones with highest Education degrees and knowledge level being Govt Institute. trained and seasoned professor and lecturer

BIT DURG a 3.5/5 college

Placement Experience:

To be honest placement scenario is not really good. One becomes eligible for placement in the final year. Companies like cognizant used to visit the college for mass recruitment but after covid even they are not visiting. But few startups visit every year. The highest package this year was 12 lpa ctc. And avg 6 lpa. Only 30 percent get placement. My plan is to do M TECH.

GEC Bilaspur Review from the side of the student.

Placement Experience:

The alumnis of the college are well settled in top companies around the world. The placements currently are not that good. Average package is only 3.5 LPA but the students take off campus placement and achieve really good packages in top companies.

About JK the negative remarks is only with placement they provide placement but not as other colleges.most visiting companies are startup companies. The positive i like abou JK college is the atmosphere the positive vibes from professor, senior students.

The positive thing about my college is they have not as pressurized students as other private college does however negative thing about my college is that they have to implement a dress code as it is a graduate college .

I gave PET exam for getting admission in this college, I scored 71% in aggregate . I opted for this particular college as with the score I got in the examination, this one was the best institute for me to take admission as it is the second oldest college of chhatisgarh.

Remarks:

The college management is sometime really bad when it come sometimes u need help from them but other than that u need a really strong emotional support and viren to tolerate the suppression of the college management n the senior Faculties as well.

GEC Bilaspur Review from the side of the student.

I wanted to take admission in this college only, I didn't have any other college in my mind I already knew about the college and had some of my uncle's who are alumni of this college. To take admission in GEC Bilaspur you have to pass your 12th with 45% and have to give CGPET exam and score good rank to get a seat here.
