Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is just according to the requirement neither too much nor too less. There are total 8 semesters we need to encounter with. Thus everything is divided into 6-6 months syllabus. Total academic year for this degree are 4 years.

Placement Experience

Many different types of job opportunities are present here. Before the job,they provide us some kinds of technical trainings as in agricultural related jobs field or practical knowledge is very much important.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is quite same for all the six colleges. They take fees as per the semesters i.e., 8 semesters=8 fees. Different central and college schlorships are also provided for us if we face difficulty in paying our fees.

Campus Life

After admission the moment we enter inside the college , our seniors celebrated fresher's day for you. Sports provision is tangled with the course curriculum. Different other programs like sports day etc happens here every year. Many agriculture programs also happens here quite often.

Hostel Facilities

Yes separate hostels are available for both boys and girls. Rules and regulations for here are very strict. If you are going anywhere like for prayer room, or other place, you need to be neatly dressed.

Alumni/Alumna

All our seniors are very supportive and helpful in nature. They support all of us during all our good and worst times. They help in every possible way with all kinds of things they can do. There is one alumni society to bring former students together to promote their fellowship.

Admission

There are two types of admission process for getting admission here. On consists on 85% of seats another consists p of 15% of seats. 85% seat entrance exam is taken under the state govt and 15% one is under of ICAR. My seat belongs into 85%

Every professor here are fantastic. Most of them are very friendly and helpful. They understand all our problems very clearly. For every subject there are more than 2 professors. They all work for our golden future together.

We get placements in government sectors like iffco kribhco and many other fertilizer and seed companies. In case one does not gets campus placement then he can go for government competitive exams like afo, nabard , dao ,fssai etc. Most of the students choose to do higher studies in this field like MSC, PhD.

In this college campus placement is last year (7th semester available). Mankind company, jengenta, IFCO, etc. The average package is 5 to 14 lakhs given company. Approx. 53 %placed and the other is higher education preparation. My plan for the final degree preparation for a higher degree MSc-Ag (JRF).

Placement Experience:

Students in their final year get job offers and placement. There is an average package of 3 lakhs offered to many students. Higher than 80 per cent of students get job offers and are placed in different industries. I pursue MBA after my B.Sc. Agriculture for a more good salary package.

Admission:

There were two authorities who used to take our entrance exam. One was Bihar combined entrance competitive exam for 85% of seats and for other 15% All India Entrance Examination ICAR was responsible for it. Both the entrance exams were tough. But as I had good command on my 12th PCB syllabus and some information on agriculture field I passed the ICAR exam with flying colours.

Admission:

I had to give a college-based examination, on the basis of my performance in the exam, there is a counseling conducted and only then the students could get admission in this college, then an interview is conducted for the admitted students.

Remarks:

The infrastructure needs development. Labs need to be well equipped. Food of the mess needs drastic changes. Faculty also need to be more experienced and open.Wifi needs to be installed in the campus.
