A fantastic opportunity

The college management is structured such as there are student representatives as well as the college members. Hence, there is equal participation of them both when it comes to resolving issues or further planning. This gives fair judgement to everyone.

The curriculum includes learning through different mediums. Our university has got a huge library that has all the relevant books accessible to us. With a 24/7 WiFi internet facility, students can use internet without any problems and gain knowledge about subjects. We also get practical learning experiences through viva and internships.

The placement of our university is one of the finest in the city. All of the multinational companies come to our university with better and increased packages every year. To name a few, companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Collabera, Cognizant, Numerator, Integration Point come to our placement. Approximately 70 to 80% of the students participate in the placement and they select the best candidates from the lot.

Universities which gives birth to such creative students by giving them such opportunities to prove themself are best kind of universities and MSU is one of them. Here students not only learn about their course but also participate in many such events organized by the University. The Sayaji literature festival which is famous all over India, the Samanvay college fest, Prerna fest, etc are some of the fests that take place annually at our college.

Since it is a public university, the fee structure has been kept as low as possible. For girls the annual fee amounts to 30, 000 and for boys it amounts to 40, 000. The university accepts fee payments in cash, cheque or NEFT. The students are provided with utmost transparency of the fee breakdown.

No, I did not opt for a scholarship or education loan as I could afford our fees. But the opportunity is available for students with low income and better educational stats. The university offers generous amounts of scholarship to them.

Every year many events and activities take place in the university which not only give chance to the students to prove themselves but also a break from studies and this events bring all the students close and try to bond with one another. In those events we have competitions like debate, elocution, poetry, essay writing, etc. The students are rewarded and also motivated to perform their best which trains them for the real life stage.

No, I haven't opted for Hostel since I'm a resident of this city. There are many international students and people from other cities that study here and they live in the university hostel. The facilities there include 24/7 running water, mess, common areas, storage facilities, etc. The hostels are centrally located so going to places and the university becomes easier for students.

The alumni network of MSU is very generous and kind. They make sure to be a part of all the major events and guide everyone through the elections which is a crucial part of our university. The senior students are the ones that serve as a bridge for our advancement.

For this course the admission is on the basis of merit list and students are well guided by the superiors and the process is very simple. They proceed by giving you information about the course and it's scope in the industry and encourage you and make you motivated for the course. After this they test your potentials by taking an interview and then they grant you admission.

The average number of lectures per course ranges between 50-70 per semester. There are atleast three different faculties assigned for one subject. Students can study under any faculty and seek guidance from them. The top notch faculties have their assigned associates which are generally the PhD. students of the same course. This way we are surrounded by brilliant teachers and professors.
