When we say about the positive side of the college the college supports in a great manner for the studies & other extra curricular Activities in a great manner. They try to give more placement & internships.
Course Curriculum Overview
B. E in civil engineering mainly deals with the construction of buildings, roads, bridges etc. In the first year of the course we have to study a over view of the most of the other degrees basic paper under b. E. From the 2nd year onwards we will move to the core branch. There will be six theory subjects till the 7th semester. And in each semester there will be 2 or 3 labs. In the 8th semester we have to take three elective subjects & there will be one main project. That's all about the course
Placement Experience
When we discuss about the placements & job opportunities lot of companies are coming like cognizant, tcs etc. But there is only more opportunity for students who like to work in IT feild. For civil, mechanical & other core branches placement is low.
College Events
There are various technical and non technical events held throught the year There is a cultural event named pleiades which is held in even semester. In this event a celebrity is invited to perform It has DJ night. Students response is pretty good for these events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure is based on the course, and the quota. For me is 2lakhs for 3 years since I'm a latreal entry student. For others it varry. For the regular students the fees is above 50000 per annum.
Fees and Financial Aid
The scholarships are only given for the students who joined under the government merit quota. There are lot of scholarships for students in backward caste. And about student loan the college gives the whole document needed for the student bank loan.
Campus Life
Sports is very much important in our college. There are lot of sports like football, cricket, batmindon etc. And as extra curricular activities lot of clubs & also NCC & NSS is very much strong in our college.
Alumni/Alumna
The senoirs are very much freindly & they help us to improve ourselves in a great manner. And when we say about alumni they are not at all strong enough. The senoirs supports in most of the club activities & other extra curricular activities.
Admission
I had written the Entrance exam which is conducted by all private colleges in Karnataka COMEDK and got admission through it. As from my junior college I was interested in Electronics rather than Computer science or Mechanical Engineering
Faculty
Most of the faculty are PHD holders and minimum qualification is a MTECH degree. Maximum of our faculty had worked in industry so they know what industry is demanding from students and they teach us through that approach.
