Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is good, they are more focused on making the student well in English literature. The course helps us to improve our knowledge about the course, that is it not only a language but more than that. Frequently tests and classes for English is held apart from regular classes.

Placement Experience

Placement and job opportunities in our department are very less. We have less opportunity in this, doing PG, translation, working in BPO is also and opportunity. Sutherland recruits candidates from our department.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee for aided batch is about 1500-2000 rupees, and for unaided batch is nearly 9500 rupees as tution fee. Spoken English classes 1000 few extra. There are various fee and are applicable as availed the facility.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got scholarship under Kamaraj endowment, award of scholarship for best student 3000 rupees. Many other scholarship of State and Central Government as well as ugc scholarships are available for students. Loan facilities are not provided but poor students are charged minimum fee.

Campus Life

This is women's college so the students are all women's. We have various extra curricular activities which are department participate. Seminars and lectures are organised. Practical oratory skills, speech, poem and various competitions are held. Sports facilities are available and are encouraged to participate and stay fit.

Admission

I am doing BA in English from this college. I got admission in this college based on my marks scored in 10 + 2. Merit list is prepared based on the marks scored in 10 + 2 of all candidates and admission is given based on that. This is one of the good college in and around our locality for women's.

Faculty

Faculty of our department are good and are well educated. They have good English knowledge and they teach us well about the subject. They help us whenever we need to solve our doubts and also guide for other futures opportunities available for us.

BA Economics hons MSE review

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well the course provides almost everything which is needed and available. This is not a normal economics course as it involves statistics,python, core math and also dives into data science. This allows the students to explore various subjects and can choose which is their best fileld. The curriculum overall is very rigorous and intense but you can crack it if you study regularly. About the frequencies of the examinations, we have 2 internal examinations and 1 end semester examination. I can guarantee that this course is super rigorous but im not sure if i would necessarily say that the course is "practical" and it helps us in the real word. I cannot comment on the practicality of the courses. The exams are not super difficult and its moderate. Getting more than 90% can be challenging although clearing the paper won't be an impossible task.

I chose this course out of my interest in Islamic studies and my religion. There are many qualified faculty members both men and women. The faculty of our college is well qualified and has an experience in the teaching field. There are 2 cycle tests in an academic year and 1 model exam at the end of the year and final semester conducted by tnou.

Filled in the detailed application form and then I was required to visit the spot centre of the university for confirmation of my application and admission. After document verification and confirmation of my admission I was required to complete the procedureal formalities like submission of fees etc. Being a popular University this was my first choice when I decided to pursue program from distance mode.

After completing my Higher secondary education, I did applied for the Bachelor degree in college. There in the application form we need to fill out the mark details we obtained in the school and the other personal details required. I choose this course because I do have a great reading skill in English. In order to make myself a well versed personality in that language to build my carrier, I chose it. There will be no other interview process, we'll be given seats based on the merit list i.e. marks. The application cost would be Rs.350.

After applying through the college application form we hand over the application filled with my marks obtained and my personal details to the college management. After reviewing my application I was asked to meet the officials to confirm my course selection. Afterwards the admission form and fee structure was handed over to me to be filled. I filled it and payed the admission and 1st year fee along with it.
