Course Curriculum Overview

4

Our course consists of 5 major areas of training, Food & Beverage, House Keeping, Front office, Bakery and Production of food. We are taught every subject with the help of practicals and industrial visits.

Placement Experience

4.5

We have to perform a formal industrial training or internship at a hotel as a part of our curriculum. We are allowed to work in all the 5 sectors during this internship. There are also many recruiters from many hotels like Cafe Coffee Day, Grand Hyatt etc who come to our campus and offer job opportunities, popularly called as job placement through campus.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for our course is designed in a way that it covers all the costs for our study material as well. The figure keeps on changing every year, but all I can say is that the fees which the college asks is totally worth it in return of all the facilities they provide to us.

Campus Life

4

The best part about our college is the industrial visits to many commercial industries and different places serving world class cuisines and beverages. We got a chance to explore so much about the field just by educational trips. Kitchen practicals are something which we always look forward to in the kitchen which is so well maintained and hygienic.

Admission

For admission into any Hotel Management course, you need to give the Hotel Management CET examination to be eligible for the admission. On the basis of the scores you get in the entrance examination, you will be notified if you are selected or not

Faculty

4

We are taught by one of the most experienced professors who have been chefs,at a good position in many famous hotels etc. Due to their experience it is very easy for us to grasp concepts and apply it in our practical life.

Placement Experience:

From semester 6 they're eligible to attend campus. MNCs like Wipro ,Cognizant, RBS will recruit students. The average package is 3 LPA and the highest is 3.5 LPA. Many people don't go for placement here rather they go for studies . From the last sem, all the dept students get campus interviews but placement ratio is a little small for Viscom they go to internships and they get a job there 70% people get placements I planned to go to channels to the internship The placement cell offers many opportunities for campus interviews with students. Training is given to students for campus interviews. recruited companies like Infosys, Accenture, Deloitte. etc. will be visiting our college The place is good.training sessions are conducted on Saturdays for final year students. top companies come. Students with 65 % of Marks are allowed to participate. Most of my seniors got selected by best companies. Dr.Radhakrishnan is one of our alumni. The alumni association is very strong since 1967.
