Remarks

Its good on most levels. Only more faculty allotment is an essential betterment needed.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course is of 5.5 year duration. Has 4.5 year of study and 1 year of rotational internship at various departments. It is relevant to the outcome of the course. Helps student gets first hand experience of dealing with patients and their complaint.

Placement Experience

5

No placement in MBBS course. Here we mostly prepare for our PG exam. Or if somebody wishes to they join other colleges once course is complete as tutors/demonstrators.

College Events

3.5

All major festivals in India are celebrated. Annual function, sports meet. Various days like mental health, tb day, aids day etc. There is basant panchami puja, orientation program for the new batches. They are on a medium scale level. The participation is in good numbers as students enjoy the practices and display of their talents in front of an applauding audience. There are speeches of information and motivation by our principal and faculty members now and then

Fee Structure And Facilities

Very feasible as it is a government funded college. For the facilities provided it it's very reasonable. All kinds of students based on merit purely study together in a cohesive environment here. Scholarship is also provided for the underprivileged students as well.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes it does offer, but I dint avail any. For students whose household earns less than 2,00,000 there is annual scholarship of 51000 (last updated ) by the UP government.

Campus Life

5

It's good. Gender ratio is 60:40 mostly (male to female). Have students from all over India and from UP as well (most of them ). Various competition such as debates open mic dancing singing art competition take place thouroughout the year. These are entertaining and help bring students together. There are sports competition also. We have a huge gymnasium with table tennis and badminton courts. Students spend evenings here playing with each other and faculty members at times.

Hostel Facilities

5

Yes, excellent hostel facility. Single bedded and double bedded rooms made. Spacious rooms with a bed table chair and almirah provided by the college. Clean mess with appropriate seating. Common bathourooms.

Alumni/Alumna

I am part of the senior most batch here as the college started in 2016 itself. So no alumni associated with the college as of now. But our JR's and professors provide as an excellent guidance source.

Admission

NEET UG exam, I have always been a science person so the choice. Always wanted to serve people and be of help to the nation hence my profession choice. This institute is affiliated to the esteemed king George medical university and is near to my hometown hence the choice.

Faculty

3.5

It's good, although some of the posts are vacant. But the amount of faculty present is very good, dedicated and friendly. They have good hands on experience of their respective fields. Are good at teaching undergraduate students. Some of them have specialized training in some particular procedure of their respective fields.they attended conference and seminar to stay up-to-date.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Current MBBS curriculum is purely clinical based and hence clinical postings are crucial. It is mandatory to attend them and strict actions are taken if you fail to do so. This curriculum prepares you for your NEETpg or NExT. Exams held are semester 1,2 and pre professionals and then professional. Timing 3 hours and difficulty level is okay. Mostly questions come from important topics.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The profession I'm in is medical. The toughest of all. As from the starting I wished to be a doctor. The one who is second to a God. The one who is respected the most. The one who does the most prestigious job. As per the curriculum we have to study all 19 subjects in just 4.5 years plus we have to attend the clinical posting in hospital , which exposes us to real world. The posting time is the time given to students from second year till year last. Improvement can be done in passing the exam part which is 50% in each subject. It can be 40 % marks. Currently I've given my MBBS second year which was hectic because of the vast syllabus. We have total of 5.5 year course for an undergraduate degree. Out of which 4.5 years is about studies rest one year is internship in hospital. We have to study all 19 subjects in just 4.5 years. The mbbs course is very lengthy. Each and every subject is very vast. So we have to study maximum time. So all the very best those who aspire to be a great doctor

Placement Experience:

During admission we sign an affidavit with UP government to work in rural area for 2 years or else give 10 lakh rupees. If selected for PG bond will continue after PG fir 5 years else 40 lakh fine. Since there is affidavit , UP government will itself provide job to us as MBBS doctors. Most of students appear for NEET PG exam and take admission in allotted college as junior resident. If one cannot clear NEET PG exam, they will either work in clinics and hospitals as MBBS doctors or they will join any college as demonstrators or Lecturers. The students who have completed internship of 1 year after 4.5 years course are eligible to take any job or practice in private. Salary of mbbs doctors in our country is 60-70 thousand monthly. Almost all students get placed in one or other place. I will get my MS and DM degree after mbbs and become a neurosurgeon.
