College is under State government and affiliated with ptu

Overall a good college, worth to learn but needs more placement drives. Good infrastructure, nice teachers, labs are well furnished with equipments.

Btech with civil branch is good, teachers are hardworking and helpful, and treat like their friends that gives a plus grade. Coming to examination, question paper are invited from different colleges and 1 paper is set with in the college, director choose the paper for the examination. Result is also without any partialiaty and exam sheets are checked with in the college.

Placement drive is average, for computer science it is good but for other its below average. 5-6 lack pa package is provided by most of companies like NIIT, Wipro etc. often hire from this college. job fairs are also organised at this college by punjab govt.

5 events. Cultural fest, techfest, fresher's party, annual sports meet and farewell party. All the students take parts in it and enjoy it. All the colleges are invited to come for events and participate in it.

For btech it is 44000-45000 per sem. There is also a fee concession on basis of family income. And alumni funds are also provided. Fee structure is not so expensive, affordable by a mediocre family.

I don't know much about it but as per my knowledge alumni fund is provided to those students who can't afford the fee. State govt. And central government also provides scholarship to needy students.

Appx. 4:6 ratio of girls vs boys, technical workshop are organised as well as motivational also, no ragging at all. No discrimination on basis of caste, sex etc. There is also a sexual harrasment team which protect girls from being harrased.

Good environment of college, alumni network is also nice. Helpful in every manner for helping poor children with fee and as well as by providing books.

Bsc agriculture is also an option, but batch was not started then. In BTech, one have to pass by atleast secondary examination 75% and JEE mains. Then after councelling seat will be alloted, and student may take admission.

Mostly all the teachers are phd and post graduate, hardworking, understandable, helps to graps things easily, conceptual knowledge and much more. No partialiaty at all. Friendly nature. Make us encourage for future.
