Remarks

Its not very good or very bad.as I think that if someone can choose this college then that's not bad option.ok ok college. If you didn't get ur favourable college in cap round then you go for it for this college in Pune

Course Curriculum Overview

IT,COMP,ENTC.exams are in two parts online and offline 50 marks online in which you have to give test series and answer 50 questions in 60 minutes and then 50 marks theroy paper in which questions come from 6 units

Placement Experience

Yes internship and placement is nice. placement is 50 percent many reputed company like Accenture cognigent etc are mass recruiter.bt. I usually preffer anyone in this college for. BE as it is not good bt ok ok

Fee Structure And Facilities

Expensive for general category as for general fee is 120000 and for obc fee is appx 80000 and for sc/st fee is 50000 there is scholarship for maharashtra domicile and there is huge disadvantage for non maharashtrian

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes if you have maharashtra domicile then you can get college scholarships and there is scholarship for maharashtra domicile and there is huge disadvantage for non maharashtrian scholarship provided by the maharashtra government

Campus Life

Yes all sports event are conducted at the time of Sinhgad karandak and you have to take part and will prizes.there is cash prize in all sports and this college have 3-3 ground and own cricket ground

Hostel Facilities

No I opted for private hostel not college hostel private hostel is present and very good one.I prefer not to take college hostels as condition is not good and not satisfied with college hostels so take private one

Alumni/Alumna

No ragging as it is not allowed strictly action taken senior are cooperative and not much helpful bt yes they are not going to disturb you anymore. Thats guranteed so don't be scared about senior students

Admission

Through mhcet exam I prepared for exam and I get 120 so I get admission in this college bt. There is cap round after giving exam and you have to put ur choice of college accordingly and then whichever college alloted go and take admission

Faculty

All are post graduate and we'll experienced these 3 faculties in BE is good in my college comp faculty are ver good in this college as they are quit experienced and know alternative of everything which ever topic is hard.not bad teacher

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE

There are placements in the college, but the company select only few like from hundreds they select only 9 to 10 students which are capable enough according to the standard who have done internships and have some experience in their field as the companies don't want to teach them from the starting

For companies you can the college website about companies, percentage placement, highest package, average package, median package, lowest package, etc. Also there are various options such as Mtech, MBA or abroad studies.

The placements are guarentee to 90% of the students in our college The placement depends on the exam you fill form for and then if they select you or not Every year there are placement drives that happen throughout the year for 4th year students students are filtered in 3 rounds first a general tech plus aptitude round second a tech viva round and third the final interview

I applied for sinhgad college of engineering and on second MIT Pune in Pune as this 2 colleges provide chemical engineering . I got selected in the first college itself as per their required eligibility criteria and so i was fitted in that criteria and got selected their. Addmission was done through CAP centrallised Admission in that after getting selected in that college we need to pay rupees one thousand to freeze the seat to take the admission in that college. I choose this college for first as its fees was less than compared to MIT. And as we got admission through CAP we get scholarship and so we get 50 percent scholarship on college fees. I choose Sinhgad College of Engineering because, The "Sinhgad" brand is well-established in Pune. SCOE Vadgaon is often considered one of the flagship institutions of the Sinhgad Technical Education Society (STES). First of all I choose Parul University for engineering in computer science but this college is so many far from my house my family is not ready to send me there. And most important I allotted Sinhgad College of Engineering through MHT CET CAP round. It means I am eligible for getting scholarships as SEBC student.
