Entrance Preview

I took HITSEEE entrance which is held in every year. As I am from electrical background so that's why I choose power system. Admission process is quite simple just qualify the entrance and take the admission or you can apply through the GATE SCORE also.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

From my point of view the course structure is quite good compare to the same level institute and the faculty who is teaching are PhD holder.

Internships Opportunities

I went to take internship in govt power plant and I didn't aware about the branch students.

Placement Experience

3.5

Generally nearly 80% students will get placed with a starting package of 3. 2lpa and it may vary to 6lpa. As this college is situated in the door of IT express highway, SO lots of companies are coming for placement.

College Events

4.5

Every year Hindustan college is organising international conference and lots of symposium and technical meet.

Fees and Financial Aid

As college will held you in take educational loans apart from this I didn't took any scholarship.

Campus Life

4.5

The gender ratio would be 60/40. Campus life is super have good workshops and extra curricular activities.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The hostel is good and food is also good but hostel fees is quite somewhat high. Anyhow you can get PG's at 5k bucks with food easily.

Alumni/Alumna

As I am a pg student my all seniors got placed in a good companies and are went for teaching job.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good but I'm not given full satisfied reviews. Because I'm not satisfied in placement companies. Also final year students get offer letter in more number of companies. High percentage students are placed in high level companies. Talented students are always getting jobs in my college.

Placement Experience:

The campus will start at the time of our final semester. Most of the good companies arrived, But unfortunately, the Civil department don't got a chance for campus placements. No companies visited at that time. But after 2016 I heard some civil companies also visited for campus placements. 50% to 60% of the students get placed easily.

Admission:

I appeared for VITMEE exam for Post graduate admission. I qualified the exam and was invited for the admission process. The whole admission procedure was very simple, guided and systematic. The slot (date and time) was allotted for counseling round where you have to reach to the nearest VIT campus. There you are called rank wise for counseling and asked to select the specialization branch in which you intend to get admitted. You can see the Realtime availability of the seats for all the courses during counseling session. The seats for each course are divided in sections based on tuition fees. The section with least tuition fees gets occupied first. Then the formalities regarding the hostel and mess are completed. The hostel room will be allotted as per availability and your preference of choices.
