I would say it's good if the student wants to study and aim for placements but if by any chance you are there to enjoy College Life, you shouldn't. You may enjoy bit memories of the moments will be quite less. Plus, if you are bad at English, this place is not for you
Course Curriculum Overview
Better than most of the colleges in India but in the end, they make you a machine. You will be able to handle the pressure and work stress when you enter work-life after VIT but you won't enjoy your days much.
Placement Experience
College sometimes provides internships, it's not fixed though. More or less you have to arrange it for yourself. Placemats are proper, by some way or another, you will definitely get placed just don't have backlogs to slow you down.

There are various fests being organized by various clubs and chapters. Some of the major example Riviera, Gravitas, Moksh, Auto expo, and a lot more VIT has a cultural event every week which is there to allow students to mix up and meet people

If you have a good rank, it's quite feasible but if you try and get in management, it's very costly. You will probably make the worth of the fees you are paying Try and arrange a course with category 2 because going over that will be a waste of the least

Admission
You have to qualify in VITEEE and secure a rank within 20K to get a seat in VIT Vellore. Interview and any other process are not required. A house counseling session is available to give you a proper course.
Faculty
Well qualified faculties. I found a few of my facilities sadist in nature, as if they enjoy watching students in suffering, they will overburden you with work and dominate your weak. Some teachers are biased towards the community and some are biased towards gender
