Yes st John's has a 6 month compulsory internship after completing the course. Internship will be done in st John's only. With salary about 6-7k After that st John's providing campus interviews and job opportunities for the students

St John's is well known for its festival called autumn muse This festival happens every year Colleges from all over india will join this festival for cultural and sports events. Rather than this.we have fresher's day, Jingle rocks (Christmas),onam celebration,ethnic day, cultural fest,inter college culturals(icc),inter college sports (ics) Farewell, graduation day etc

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is growing demand in health care.it gets opportunities in many multi specialty hospitals. There need a perfusionist for doing an open heart surgery in every hospital so the demand is pretty good. Bt only problem is sometimes only one perfusionist need for one hospital. So before choosing this course think about competition. However it is one of the higly paid job in now a days . And this college offer good infrastructure for students to doing their jobs well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is based on speech and hearing majorly focusing on 2 things. One is to provide therapy for people with disabilities including children and adults and the other is to diagnose rehabilitate and address hearing impairment for all populations. most of the faculties had done PhD and there are approximately 200 faculty. The exam is done semester-wise. It's difficult to pass the exam. Most of the time there will be 8 questions and from that 4 have to write.

For the course I applied only to St John's and CMC Vellore. The admission process in this college includes applying for the KCET which is the admission portal for Karnataka colleges. Based on your marks and a interview you'll be selected. there is no chance of recommendation. The eligibility criteria is you should be 12th pass with bio science. The cutoff based on the recent admissions is above 90%. I was accepted to the college before the entrance exam for CMC Vellore that's why I chose to go here. I didn't apply to any other colleges however i did get admission in dr sommervelil medical college in kerala and i rejected it because St Johns was better rated and had a better reputation. Bread and Butter of a Johnite.

Good: Amazing Campus. The doctors and teaching staff is very dedicated and take teaching seriously. The hostels are relatively clean and there is absolutely no ragging. Bad: Water issue. Water is only provided during summers from 6-9 am and 6-9 pm . The food in the mess isn't too great either. Admission Process: We had to apply on the KEA website. They call us for councelling in Malleshwaram. From there, after document verification, they will let us choose colleges according to preference.
