We have unit tests and a mid-term in one sem. Apart from that we also have weekly surprise tests. The preparatory exams are be conducted many times to asses the students potential and strengthen it to give successful final exams.

Last year we had a moderate placement record. The core companies didn't participate much in the placement procedures. The mechanical department didn't get many placement calls. Packages of students placed were in the range of 1.8 LPA to 2.4 LPA. Around 25 students were placed during the last years placement drive from mechanical department.

The fee structure of the college is very economical. The fees are Re 60,000 per annum for electrical engineering which makes it to Rs 240,000 on a total for 4 years which is pretty good and affordable.

The college has both girl's hostel and boys hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. The hostel rooms are not that spacious but manageable. They were well ventilated. Mess food is also pretty good.

The admission process is done purely on the basis of merit, ie from the result of the students in the entrance examination conducted by the college. A merit list comes out in the official website of the college depecting the students selected to seek admission in the college. I got qualified in the entrance exam, found my name in the merit list and got admitted into the college.

The college has a highly dedicated faculty. The college provides a good ratio of well trained and highly educated faculty members who are well equipped with the modern technology. The teachers also put in a lot of efforts to cope the subject into the students mind. The teachers are very cooperative and are available all the time to help the students.
