Course Curriculum Overview

My course of bsc is very good the labs are well equipped and the course curriculum is also well versed with the latest syllabus half top notch niversities The college offers 15 degree courses under the the science arts humanities and commerce stream along with computer application and business administration.

Placement Experience

The placements and job opportunities is average and the record for the last few years has not been that good. The college provides internship facilities but that to with average stipend and in order to do it from outside you need to take prior permission from the college authority.

College Events

There are many events celebrated in the college mainly republic day independence day annual sports and cultural fest. The most notable event is the NSS where over hundred volunteer work for extension activities and development of it . It is a perfect bridge between college and professional life.

Campus Life

There are many facilities in the college like botanical garden smart boards internet connectivity 150 seater seminar hall science and computer lab outdoor games and indoor games NSS gymnasium health centre purified drinking water and much more.

Admission

I got admission into this college through the 10 + 2 marks The admission is completely on the basis of your merit. You need to apply online for admission into my college and you also need to upload certain documents and once selected do the payment and all the other formalities.

The faculty of the college is very good and holds an expertise degree in their respective fields specially my physics teacher doctor Upadhyay sir is outstanding People in the lab seminar workshop are also good.

Placement Experience:

Patna science college does not have a very structured campus placement programs, especially compared to institutions with a dedicated placement cell. many students from my college pursue careers in govment sectors like Teaching, public sectror, or scientific reasarch organisantions like ISRO ,DRDO ,BPSC,SSC, UPSC,etc. A significant numers of students from my college opt for futher studies ,enrolling in master's or PHD programs. After completing my graduation ,i plan to pursue a Master's degree in Environmental science from a prestigious institutes.

Life at college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had chosen this course because in a government job this department offers a great choice to become an officer in the Indian government. Approximately a faculty to student ratio is 15:90. All the faculties are well qualified and have a great teaching method. Exams are after every year and it is quite easy to pass the exams after completing the syllabus.

Because I could not crack neet exam. After that most of student prefer bsc. Agr. Campus and its scenic beauties. Because of some financial problem, my situation could not allow me to prepare for neet. And it was also told there is lot of scope in agricultural.

College where dun begins and learning never ends.

Remarks:

Positive things: College has a large field and infrastructure who allows you to do anya extra stuffs outside the College campus. College students and management are too good. Negative: There is lack of staffs due to which some students have to work as staffs in order to fix the issues.

Remarks:

The college is good with experienced faculties,equipped labs,cultural activities,good infrastructure etc. but the placement & internship scenario in college is not so good, it doesn't placed students of B.C.A, in basic science courses no internships & placements were provided to us by college so college should work on internships and placement side. I was a student of 2009-12 batch in this college in B.S.C(zoology),overall it was a good experience in the college.

Over all it was a good time

*There is the only eligibility for this course i.e. complete the 12th level and score as much high as you can *Yes there is cut off for admission in this college which goes higher in science stream and that cut off is start from 60 percent. *There is online process for filling the application form and there is an option to select your interested college. *Yes I availed the reservation in OBC category, although I cleared cut off but dur to reservation I got my first preference college which I mentioned already *Of course there is an improvement,before my taking admission the college/University didn't give an opportunity to give your 1st preference and there is no system of clearing cut off but due to digital India my college is also taking online submission of every type of form....Read More
