Negative remark are : This college Never give holiday for long time. Even in Diwali also 3-4 days is Max for holidays. After Semester only 1 day is off. The college time is very big. It starts from 8:45 am and ends at 5:15 pm. In this 15 min break for breakfast and 1 hour for lunch will given. This college not intrested in sports competition.

This college is Non - autonomus college so syllabus and exams are held by Pune University. Every 4 year syllabus get update with new pattern. This University is based on Credit System. In first year syllabus is same for everyone. This syllabus is mixing of all engineering branches. From now 2019 pattern get started. Marks get divided by 30+70 (insem + sem).for first year only assignments is necessary. Oral exam started from Second Year.

This college placements is based on CENTRAL PLACEMENT. Means all engineering colleges of this Institute get places combinely. Last year Sinhgad Institute got Record Breaking Placements. More than 2000 students get placed in many reputed company. This Placement is good for CSE , IT, EnTC department. Mechanical and Civil Department is not good Placements. Yes, our college provide internship and support if students get from themselves too.

The fees structure is accordingly to government rule. If student join this college according the entrance exams then normal fees will taken. The fees structure is saperated accordingly Cast System. And if student is get admitted by Management quota then he should have to pay full fees.

The scholarship is available from government for the poor students. Every year. From cast wise scholarship get added in students account. There is no loan facility, but students can pay fees in instalment.

There are many extra curricular activities are get held by College Clubs. Like robotics, gadgets. Etc. College have it's sports team that can be played inter college competition. Honestly there is no highlight for Sports, it's like no value. In this college mostly technical competition is Femous.

Yes, Hostels are best thing about the campus. As the campus is huge there are more than 25 hostels (girls+boys) with saperate each mess for every hostel. For first year hostel is totally in different area. There are only 3 hostel and these are especially for First year students. There were no contact with Seniors. So new students get feel comfortable. For first year, boys Hostel and girls Hostel are very far from each other. Girls hostel are just in 2 minutes far from college and Boys hostel are more than 800meter away from college.

In this College seniors are Very helpful. There is no fear of seniors. They never demand for Respect, work. In this college from last 13 years ragging is totally stopped. And because of this college is against Ragging in very strict way. Seniors can help us very politely. We don't need to call them Sir/other respectly. Just be normally.

For this college two entrance exams is necessary. JEE MAIN & MHT-CET. MHT-CET will be the first preference for Maharastrian students and JEE for non- maharastrian students. I had good marks in both JEE and CET so it was quite easily to get admitted here. Marked Will considered from a Cast system. There is also management quota for direct admission.

College faculty is quite good. Maximum teachers takes very efforts for students, they can help students very well. They used digital learning. College have every instrument that can be used in technical graduation.
