No, you can't get direct admission into the B.Tech in Mathematics and Computing program at IIIT Lucknow based on your Class 12th score even if you have scored 50% or above in Class 12th unless, you clear JEE Main, and you meet the 12th percentage requirement (75% Gen/OBC or 65% SC/ST/PwD)
