Studied Tool and Die Making at Nettur Technical Training Foundation (2019)
It is suggested not to join NTTF for any course. The reasons are given below –
Recognition: NTTF does not have AICTE recognition and thus you have no other option other than going for a job in the private sector. You cannot go for higher studies even.
Study Life: Many veteran professors have left the institute and have not been replaced by equally competent professors. The intake has been increased which has lowered the attention received by each student.
Placements: The institute hosts mostly service-based companies with packages of less than 2 LPA. One of my friends was offered INR 8,000 – INR 15,000 per month by a company and it cannot be termed good for a postgraduate degree.
Cost of Education - The tuition fee is high around INR 1,60,000 per year and they are increasing it every year by INR 2,000 – INR 3,000. If you have applied for the Bangalore center then you will have to shell out close to INR 7,000 per month on house rent, food, travel, etc. You are looking at a total cost of around INR 3,50,000 for a year degree.
Doing a PG diploma course in tool design at NTTF is not justified at all and I think you will literally waste your time and money on nothing.
