How are the placements at SIU Pune?

Form the first semester itself students will be starting to get the internship opportunities as we have to complete 2 months of internship after first year. The third semester students, who come to campus after internship are all eligible for placements. JPMC, CRISIL, BNY, Federal Bank, KPMG, Tresvista, NUVAMA are a few of the companies visiting college. The highest CTC offered was INR 21.42LPA and the average CTC is INR 11 LPA.

Students Become eligible from 3rd semester onwards if they get the PPO from the company they were intern at. The companies start coming from the third sem onwards for the placement procedure, The most eligible students gets selected by the different-different companies as per the criteria of the companies. the companies that came for the Placements are : JP Morgan chase Crisil Bank of New York Protiviti Bajaj Alliance Kaima Assets The placement is 100 percent for the eligible Students.

The placements here are decent. For internship the record stands still at 100% and for the final pacements its 95% for all the eligible students. If there wouldn't have been any placements here, I would've opted for the employement outside on my own as I have personal contacts and references in the bfsi industry.

The placements of the colleges are great with diverse job roles in the BFSI industry. The pool of companies that come for hiring are core banking and finance companies that are a great steeping stone into the industy.

The placements at SSBF are exceptional when it comes to the kind of roles that are being offered to students, for internships the roles range from finance intern to investment banking intern and many more, whereas for final placements the roles are focused towards treasury, risk management. The key recruiters are JPMC, BNY MELLON , CRISIL and many more
