How is the faculty at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (Bangalore)?

The faculty to student ratio is around 1:16.Theres over 12000+ students and faculty strength over 1500. The faculties are very approachable, theyre very kind and will help you through everything. There are several faculties I liked because of how approachable they are and friendly. My course Structure was that we had 2 quizzes converted to 10 each, 2 labs converted to 15 each, and midsems of 50 marks converted to 20 and endsem project or written depending on the course converted to 30. This is the exam system. Sometimes we get assignments too.

The exams are sometimes easy sometime difficult for their usually moderate to difficult the faculty is a student ratio is very good it something 2 is to 5 and the faculty student relationship also good they take care of us and I like my maths faculty and C programming faculty but I don't like my one of my maths faculty

Most of the faculty are friendly with the students, except a few strict ones. Our exam systems each semester includes 1 mid term examination and 1 end sem examination, other than that each subject conducts 1 quiz and 1 lab exam before and after the mid term examination, few subjects might have additional assignments. So our end sem is for 30 marks and remaining exam are for 70 marks considered as internals. Quizes ore for 10marks, labs for 15 marks, assignments for 10 marks and mid term for 20 marks. Most of the students clear the exams, but a few fail to do so. The difficulty of the exams is based on which teacher prepares it.

The faculty to student ratio is not bad it there are tiarl of 1000 student's in the campus and around 300 teachers and i didnt like one faculty who was a lab assistend and promoted to teacher ner name is viharika who teaches dicreate math

Faculty are very helpful to students. They always interact with us and are ready to clarify our doubts at any time. The teaching by them is very good and easy to understand. We have more practical knowledge.
