How are the hostels at IIT Dhanbad?

It is compulsory in my college, that you stay in hostel but under certain conditons you are allowed to live outside in PG. The registration process is very easy and smooth, you just go tell your name show ur ID and they provide you with your room key. Free food for all parents. I have stayed in Amber, it is not that spacious but enough so that you can fit 2 beds and stand in the middle, a bit congested. You get one cupboard, one window and one attached table. Toilets and bathroom are cleaned regulary and have been rebuilt and repainted recently.

We have a plenty of hostels for the students of different courses. Hostels for girls and boys are different and other gender is not allowed in their respective hostels. Our hostels are two seater and is enabled with high speed unlimited wifi and lan. Each hostel has its own mess with decent food quality.

Hostels are decent. You need to keep shifting hostels every year nearly. So that's a hassle but other than that the mess and hostels are nearly identical. The process of hostel leaving is not very long.

Hostel single room double occupancy is given With fully wifi and electricity 24*7 Water supply is always on Food quality is not that much bad you can eat and fulfill your hunger But not that much good that you enjoy your food

THE HOSTEK FACILITY IS GOOD BUT WE CANT SAY IT IS TOO GOOD. THERE ARE SEPAREATE BOYS AND GIRLS HOSTEL . THERE ARE AROUND 8-9 HOSTELS. ALL THE HOSTEL HAS WARDENS AND SECURITY GUARDS. AND ALL THE NECESSARY FACILITY ARE AVAILABLE IN HOSTEL. THE CAMPUS MAINTAINS CLEANINESS OF HOSTEL VERY WELL.
