How are the placements at GITAM Visakhapatnam?

The placements in my college was being worse day by day before year it got some but know no only few got placed not worth of the money we paid , average package is 6 lpa and companies like infosys, Accenture, fractal and many like that but at the initial step only they are sending reject mails . 20 % of the people got placed , my plans are like need to check the job postings in off campus and prepare for that .

Hyderabad has all top law firms like Trilegal, Maheshwari & Co and others. So, since our law school has the smallest number of students which is around 40, 25 of them or rather more are placed every year. So let's say 60-65% students are placed from GITAM University school of law.

There are best placement there in gitam . The highest package is 2 crore above. For 2 nd year only students eligible for campus placement and from 1st year only students are eligible for internships. There are lot of companies tied to gitam . Above 90 percentage students got placed last 2 years. I want to do Mtech after getting degree because I want Mtech degree for my dream job.

Students from the 6th semester get to sit for placements. And there are a lot of placement opportunities but with lower packages compared to other private universities. There is also a career guidance center in the campus that can help us in planning our career.

students from 7th semester are eligible for campus placements. over 530 recruiters arrived and 3500+ job offers . highest package is 46.5lpa and average is 4.8lpa. 65% students are getting placements. my plans after degree is to join a good clg for pursuing masters or get a cool job in the biomedical engineering field only .
