It is aimed at students who want practical exposure along with classroom learning in areas such as sports marketing, analytics, fan engagement, and sports technology.

To apply for PGPSM Admission 2026, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. The programme is open to freshers and professionals with 0–5 years of experience. Masters’ Union also encourages applications from sports enthusiasts, athletes, esports professionals, and sports tech entrepreneurs who want to explore leadership roles or start their own ventures in the sports and gaming sector.

The selection process includes multiple evaluation stages. Applicants can submit scores of CAT or GMAT, or appear for the Masters’ Union Business Aptitude & Assessment Test (MU-BAAT).
