The Lalit Narayan Mishra Institute of Economic Development and Social Change (LNMI), Patna, has announced the commencement of applications for its various Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), and Integrated programs for the Academic Year 2026-27. Prospective students can begin registering online starting January 27, 2026.

The Lalit Narayan Mishra Institute (LNMI) provides a diverse range of specialized academic programs designed to meet industry demands. For postgraduate aspirants, the institute offers an MBA with specializations in General Management, International Business, Human Resource Development (HRD), Finance (Wealth Management), and Logistics & Supply Chain Management, alongside a specialized MCA in Data Analytics. At the undergraduate level, students can enroll in BBA or BCA programs.

Additionally, LNMI offers dual-degree options through its 5-Year Integrated MBA and 5-Year Integrated MCA programs, providing a seamless transition from foundational to advanced studies.

Candidates should take note of the following schedule for the 2026-27 academic session. The application process officially begins with the Opening of Online Registration on January 27, 2026, and will remain open until the Last Date of Registration on May 22, 2026.

The entrance examination cycle starts with the MCA Online Entrance Exam on June 16, 2026, followed by the BCA and MCA (Integrated) Entrance Exams from June 17 to June 18, 2026. Candidates applying for BBA and MBA (Integrated) will undergo their entrance tests between June 19 and June 21, 2026.

To register for the 2026-27 academic session, candidates must submit a non-refundable application fee exclusively through the online admission portal. The fee is set at ₹1,500 for students in the General, OBC, and EWS categories, while a concessional rate of ₹750 is applicable for candidates belonging to the SC and ST categories.

LNMI Patna Admissions 2026 Selection Process

• MBA Programs: Admission is based on a valid MAT (September 2024 onwards), CMAT, or CAT 2024 score, followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).
• Other Courses: Selection for MCA, BCA, BBA, and Integrated programs is conducted through an Online Entrance Examination.
