The AIIMS Paramedical Entrance Exam is a national-level test conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, for admission into various undergraduate paramedical courses across AIIMS campuses in India. The 2024 exam was held on June 22, 2024 .

The AIIMS Paramedical 2024 exam is a 90-minute computer-based test comprising 90 multiple-choice questions from Physics, Chemistry, and either Biology or Mathematics, with 1 mark awarded for each correct answer and a penalty of ⅓ mark for each incorrect one.
