Dibrugarh University Reopens MBA Admission 2026 Portal; Deadline May 30

Dibrugarh University, Assam, has reopened the online application portal for its Master of Business Administration (MBA) Full-Time Programme for the academic session 2026-2027. The application window is now active from May 7, 2026, and will remain open until May 30, 2026, at 11:55 p.m.

Eligible candidates can submit their applications through the official university portal at dibru.ac.in. The decision to reopen the portal was approved by the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor of Dibrugarh University.

The MBA Full-Time admission process is designed for aspiring management professionals seeking a comprehensive two-year postgraduate degree. This reopening provides an additional opportunity for candidates who missed the initial application deadline to apply for the 2026-2027 batch.

Dibrugarh University will conduct Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds for shortlisted candidates, which are critical stages in the final selection process. All other terms and conditions mentioned in the original admission notification dated February 19, 2026, remain unchanged and applicable to all applicants.

Dibrugarh University MBA Admission 2026 Required Documents and Verification

Candidates must have valid educational credentials including a bachelor's degree from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate score as per university norms.

Dibrugarh University MBA Admission 2026 GD and PI Selection Process

The Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds will be conducted on June 4 and June 5, 2026, respectively, for all shortlisted candidates. These rounds are designed to assess candidates' communication skills, analytical thinking, and suitability for the MBA programme.

Shortlisted candidates will receive intimation regarding their GD/PI schedule through email and SMS on their registered contact details. Candidates must report on time with all required documents and a valid photo ID for verification purposes during the selection rounds.

What’s Next for Students

After the completion of GD and PI rounds, the university will prepare a final merit list based on candidates' academic performance, entrance examination scores, and performance in GD/PI.
