Well peer group is a thing Humans, instinctively as a species, perform tasks well when the entire group(tribe) is focused on the same task

For me coding culture matters a lot because I right now have a lot of friends who code and just before joining college I have 1200 rating on Codeforces and I know and have built many projects in Docker and Kubernetes using Go. I am currently building K8s resource monitor and will soon start contributing to open source for LFX or GSoC. So yeah, if your priority is coding culture, go for COEP and Gwalior. About 60 percent of placements are off campus.

i'll verify from other seniors but yeah i would say dont trust the average median speaks a lot better + most colleges add ppos and 4 year ctc which might also inflate packages thats prolly the reason for most colleges high median and average

Alteast at iiitm, you can list top 50 students about of approx 225 where they get placed with name, ctc and company. Can you do same for Jabalpur, COEP, IIIT Lucknow ?

Bhai tumhe kya mil rha tha ye hme kyu pata rhe. Hm iiit gwalior ke atleast individual students ke placements dekh sakte. Sab ke nhi bhi to top 50 ke to dekh hi sakte. Kya tum dusre institutes jisko hm prefer kr sakte iiitm pe uske individual stats de sakte ya chupa hua hi stats basis hein ? Agar chupa hua aggregate stats hein to hawa hawai bate na kro.
