- Behaviour of the staff, well experienced faculty and staff and well knowledged
- Campus area is clean, big, and has a nice big sports ground

- The building in which the college teach bba, bca, bcom doesn't have ac in them, in summer it causes problems

Students can get campus placement in their last year, for my I can get campus placement in 5 or 6 semester.
Google, amazon, and various big companies have made their offers.
My plan after getting degree is to do mba from a good college or university

- I like the fact that this college never wastes your time in case of lectures. If one class is cancelled due to the absence of the respective professor they give a substitute or merge the class so you do learn something. 3:4 is Boys to girl ratio .
- I like the campus it's not very huge but also not very small it has a big ground and a garden area . The infrastructure is in red brick building which makes it look like a proper University in Delhi. And There's lifts for students in each department
- The Teachers are really helpful and understanding there's a community for students wellbeing and the HODs of each department are approachable and helpful. The teachers are supportive and the placement opportunities are the bestest in this IPU college
Dislikes
- There's only one canteen and that also lacks variety of items and the main items available there don't taste really good .
- The hostels are really dirty and small have no basic amenities and the mess dinning area is really small . It can hardly accommodate 40 students and the mess food tastes worse and is prepared in an unhygienic way.
- The fests organized aren't very interesting. And not very known people are invited in the fest there's always some uneducated famous youtuber who's famous for fighting and all is invited and there's indecency in such fests.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The BBA course curriculum at Maharaja Surajmal College is quite well structured and covers a good balance of theoretical and practical aspects of business studies. The subjects are relevant to the current industry standards and help in building a strong foundation for management and corporate roles. The curriculum also gives exposure to areas like marketing, finance, and human resource management which prepares students for real-world applications as well as for higher studies like MBA. However, it could include more practical training, internships, and industry interactions to make learning more experiential. The exams are conducted on time and are of moderate difficulty, focusing more on conceptual understanding rather than rote learning. Overall, the curriculum is comprehensive and relevant, though slight improvements in practical exposure would make it even better.

- one of the greatest benifits was meeting new people from diverse background
- faculty was very supportive , encourages us to take part in events . also i am still in touch with them
- placement cell is a big plus, provide numbers of opportunites for sales feild
Dislikes
- one major drawback is the unhygienic conditions of washroom on campus
- another issue was the type of recruiters. many companies visited major were for sales role only
- real world applications is missing. study is book based only

students typically becomes eligible for campus placements from 5th sem onwards. before that, the college encourages internships in the 3rd sem to prepare students for real world exposure.

- Good faculty as they taught everything in depth
- Sports faculty for football badminton and volleyball

- Infrastructure wise it was not the best you could find
- Canteen food is not the one you expect from a good college
Placement Experience:
Placement rate is around 55% which is considered good as per bba course in India . Many clubs are there in college which helps students to get internships and get ready for placements thus making it easy for students to get placed . Avg package is 4 lakh per annum

- campus is well maintained with greenery and horticulture

the average package offered here is ?600000 per annum. although good placements can be achieved if a person studies and scores well

- The girls to boy ratio is also good , there are almost same no. Of boys and girl

- The infrastructure of the college is not that good
- The placement packages are also not that great
- Faculty of college is little bit strict in every matter. There is a problem for attendence

Students can apply for the placements in their 3 year(final year). Various companies visits maharaja surajmal institute for placement and make offers to the students. Th highest package was around 16Lpa and average was around 6 lpa

- Supporting seniors with a motive to help everyone.
- Some faculty members are very kind hearted

- Some faculty members are rude and don't really understand
- The infrastructure is also a very old construction
- The canteen of the college isn't a very good place to hang around
Placement Experience:
The students are eligible for placements from the 3rd semester. the placement cell of the college is very active and many companies approach the college to grab the fresh talent, also the placement cell of the college attract many HR and allows the student to apply for a wide range of options.

- Teachers are willing to provide you mentorship if asked and are very supportive
- Quality of students attending the college is very good and friendly
Dislikes
- Infrastructure could be improved there are A/C which dont work properly
- Elevator is slow and there could be crowd when using the elevator
- Permissions are required often to play football in the ground
Course Curriculum Overview:
It actually depends on you what you want to do college is good you can make it big from here as well. I would suggest to keep taking part in competitions and stuff and look out for internships and build skills a cv and not fully dependent on the college for everything.

- Their infrastructure is somewhat old fashioned but I like that way of design it gives a prestigious experienced college vibe.
- Their canteen food seems okay than expected sames their drinks and shakes.
- Everyone is very interactive here they all seem lovely and teachers here are also good .
Dislikes
- That the windows are broken in many classroom and the ACs are not working properly in many classroom.
- That it does not have a very big campus than compared with other big colleges
- At first I didn't have many friends then my section got changed and I was alone mostly in college
Placement Experience:
I think at their final year campus placement happens and students gets placed. Here companies like Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, microsoft etc and have made many offers till now the and the percentage of students placed is in between 70-80% and my plans after degree is to opt for MBA degree and then see what to do

- The faculty is outstanding I must say, especially HOD of business administration department
- The overall academic experience offered, competitions, opportunities and what not
- The solid placement record as MSI is IPU's one of the top institute

- The class room infrastructure is poor like below average
- The lift and other utilities are also poor
- Still some classrooms are devoid of smart boards and projectors

Students become eleigible for internship placements after 4 semester.
Placement rate for MSI remains to be 90%+
Highest package offered in 2023 was 12 lakhs
And lowest was 1.8 lakhs and average was 4-4.5 lakhs

What are your reviews of Maharaja Surajmal Institute, Delhi, for a BBA?

One of my friends studied there and according to him and his classmates it isthe worst institute to pursue a BBA degree.
Below are the points mentioned which will prove why they have such an aversion towards this institute:
- Attendance is the major issue. You need to maintain at least 75% attendance. The professors can detain you at 74% attendance.
- There are only two streams - BBA (General) and BBA (Banking & Insurance).
- There are a total of six subjects in each semester. The faculty is not so good.
- Mugging up is better than understanding the topic.
- The infrastructure of the institute is outdated. The top floor is the administrative block, and the ground floor is for the campus.
- No enthusiasm is shown for extra-curricular activities.
The college environment is a mix of decent students and dull students from various schools. MAIT and other below-average colleges conduct the seminars. The college timing is from 8:10-1:30, with a 20 minutes break at 11:00. There are six classes in a day. It feels similar to a school.
