- Good according to studies teachers are helpful

- Campus is not big like du colleges or even vips
- Infrastructure issues. Sometimes the ac stop working and some class doesn’t even have ac
- Placement issues and also packages are not much
Placement Experience:
For business department 3rd year students are eligible for campus placements. Companies that visited in 2023-24 are accenture
, amazon , asian paints, hive ,zomato,godrej and boyce,etc total no. Of selections are approx 120 my plan is to get a placement after completion of my degree

- Faculty is very good and supportive they will help you in anything you need
- Professors are well educated and vert good in their things
- Opportunities there is numerous opportunities for growth
Dislikes
- Infrastructure their is a thing bba student have to stay in old building and the btech students law students MBA students have very good facilities
- Strictness getting strict is good at certain level but after that limit it irritates people
- Distance from metro it is 2 km away from metro station I have to pay more after metro to get there

From 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements there a number companies visit my collage because it is number 1 in ipu but some of them don't offer packages 70 percent of students go for placement and they get it also I will enjoy some corporate life for 2 or 3 years after that MBA

- I must say that the campus is comparatively better then other ipu college
- Placement are the best because it s listed in top three colleges of ipu that’s why
- They provide extra courses to the student other then your degree which are charged
Dislikes
- Not much but canteen is not as good as they have to
- Attendance should be seventy five percent of you have to appear for internals
- The ac of seminar hall have a serious issue
Course Curriculum Overview:
Like I had dropped my year so I am choosing the best college so that I can't do mistake again and when I came to know that this is in the top college and even the are providing the best packages from last five years then I made my mind about this college

- They don’t stick to what they promise to students
- Rules and regulations are not so good as it feels to back in school life
Course Curriculum Overview:
In my view for BBA (G) we can prefer it as name of collage is enough for Job placements and internship placement some faculty teacher can be better but they are okay for these type of courses

Placement Experience:
Maharaja Surajmal Institute is value for money.
Placements: Almost everybody in the BBA course were placed. The highest placement in 2024 is Rs. 7,50,000. The average package in 2024 is Rs. 3,50,000. Recruiting companies include Federal Bank, Upgrade, etc. Students who got the internship from Bachelois in Business Administration are less likely to get it, as college doesn't help.
Infrastructure: The quality of infrastructure is very poor in Maharaja Surajmal Institute. The library and labs are good but the classrooms don't have ACs. The quality of food available in the canteen is average. Don't join this college if you want to excel in sports. Hostel quality is very poor too. You won't find ACs in rooms. Moreover, there are Indian toilets, which are outdated.
Faculty: Few teachers are seriously irritating and focus more on attendance than the quality of their teaching. A BBA course, in my opinion, doesn't make you job-ready but gives a basic outline of the job role and responsibilities

- Faculty was good, they were educated and some of them were really good mentors.
- The timings were also good and there were only four classes per day.
- The college canteen also was very student friendly.
Dislikes
- The campus was very small and used to get crowded during exams.
- There were rarely any cultural programmes held.
- Students were not allowed to join internships due to strict attendence criteria.
Placement Experience:
In the last semester, students were eligible to sit in placements.
Accenture, Deloitte, S&P Global, Tata and Unacademy and easymytrip are some companies that came to our college for placements.
The CTC they gave was average of 5 lacs per annum.
The highest was from S&P Global being 6lacs per annum.
50% students got placements while others joined their family business or are further studying.
My plans are also to do a master's degree in Economics.

- Just few minutes from metro station, easily accessible.
Dislikes
- Some teachers were really egoistic and didn't help students much.
- Campus was not that big and no sports facilities available for students.
Placement Experience:
Placements are really average zs associates came but hired only 2 people. Most of the roles offered were in the domain of sales and business development. Many companies offered package of less than 3 lakhs per annum.

- internal marks are given fully to everyone
- events are hosted on most of the festivals

- infrastructure is very poor , no renovation
- air conditioning is not good at all in this college

the placement of this college is very good
there is a placement club in this college which gives you assistance to get the students placements
amazon , byjus , microsoft etc are the companies that some of our seniors has been placed
After completing the course you can get into apply in company management

- I really liked the faculty for BBA either in any specific field or in general. Highly recommended if you scored good marks in your boards and want to get good marks in your UG as well.
- Infrastructure is well maintained and always cleaned. Excellent college to get enrolled in because of the huge college campus. Many sports complexes are already being renovated such as tennis court, basketball court, football court, badminton court.
- Many societies are formed to perform co curriculum activities such as cultural society for theatre , dance society, singing groups and many more.
Dislikes
- There’s more nothing that i don’t like about my college but the timings. The college starts at 8am for the morning shift students and at 11am for evening shift students. Its similar of the schools.
- Second thing is the attendance. It requires 75% attendance to sit in the exams. Which i never get in any of the semester in my whole college life.
- The worst part Parents teacher meetings. Yes this college is not less of a school in strictness. PTM are held to discuss the students performance and reasons for their low attendance. Afterwards feedback forms were filled by the students to justify.
Placement Experience:
Campus requirements is done in the last semester of the course you are perusing. Placement cell will sent you mails and even add you in the college placement cell WhatsApp group to get regular updates over your mobile plones. Moreover placement cell do have its own app on which you can log in via your official email id provided by the placement cell and get details about any job opportunities on the app.
Many recruiters approachs the students as the college is more full with high IQ students.
Highest Yearly package is more than 50 lacks.
And average is 20 lacks

- Talking about the infrastructure, so it gives a DU based vibe from that red bricked building and a good lively experience.
- Presence of cultural activities in variety of societies and clubs is done very well and that too on a regular basis. Highlighting main clubs - E cell MSI, NSS MSI and Prakriti. If someone gets involved in them, they can achieve a great experience.
- Placement cell try their level best to bring placement opportunities for all students to get placed. Program course curriculum is also well updated according to the current market needs with different extra certifications.
Dislikes
- As always every coin has its two sides so it's the same with faculties, few faculties being the best while some also being the one that a student doesn't want. So yes it is a mix of good and bad faculty staff. Generally it is good except a few.
- There might be some improvement possible in the library and the book bank services that is availability of books and other stationary.
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for placements starting from 5th semester (last year). Placement WhatsApp group is formed wherein innumerable opportunities for placements are sent.
Starting from small startups to large corporates like Amazon , Accenture, S & P Global also visit the campus for their placements. There are many companies which come on campus for placement.
Not only companies visit , they even generally makes offer like Accenture made 20+ offers, Amazon also 10+ and many others.
Highest packages that can be seen floating is 24lpa and average being 4-5lpa.
As students generally opt for higher studies and entrepreneurship so according to me if students sit seriously for the placements then it can be above 80% of the students who get placed well.
My plan is pursuing my higher degree (MBA) from a renowned institution and with my hardwork I was able to crack NMIMS MUMBAI for my master's.

What are your reviews of Maharaja Surajmal Institute, Delhi, for a BBA?

One of my friends studied there and according to him and his classmates it isthe worst institute to pursue a BBA degree.
Below are the points mentioned which will prove why they have such an aversion towards this institute:
- Attendance is the major issue. You need to maintain at least 75% attendance. The professors can detain you at 74% attendance.
- There are only two streams - BBA (General) and BBA (Banking & Insurance).
- There are a total of six subjects in each semester. The faculty is not so good.
- Mugging up is better than understanding the topic.
- The infrastructure of the institute is outdated. The top floor is the administrative block, and the ground floor is for the campus.
- No enthusiasm is shown for extra-curricular activities.
The college environment is a mix of decent students and dull students from various schools. MAIT and other below-average colleges conduct the seminars. The college timing is from 8:10-1:30, with a 20 minutes break at 11:00. There are six classes in a day. It feels similar to a school.
