Admission to the college is conducted through online counseling based on 10+2 marks. Prospective students must apply via the college's official website, beldacollege.ac.in, once they have their 10+2 results. A merit list is published to select candidates, who can then finalize their admission by paying the college fees. The total college fee is approximately 60,000 rupees, which encompasses a laboratory fee of 2,800 rupees and a 100-rupee charge for departmental Teachers' Day and Freshers' events.
Library facilities are included in this fee. Additionally, a registration fee of around 700 rupees and other form fill-up fees are applicable. The college boasts well-equipped classrooms with blackboards and computer projectors for both theory and practical lessons. The laboratory is well-stocked, supporting high-quality experimental practice, and practical exams are held on campus. Placement opportunities are facilitated through a seminar hall and counseling cell, attracting both governmental and non-governmental recruiters.
The college also provides a variety of scholarships, with options available both through government schemes like the Nabanna initiative and the National Scholarship Portal.
