The GMBA is a dual-institution program where students spend the first two terms at Lexicon MILE, Pune and the third term at the University of South Wales, UK, earning a UK MBA degree. The GMBA requires a higher eligibility (55% vs. 50%) and has a higher total investment (Rs. 7,50,000 India + GBP 7,500 UK). The GMBA is better suited for students seeking international exposure and a globally recognized degree, while the PGDM is ideal for those seeking a strong domestic management qualification.

Ques. Is the GMBA degree from Lexicon MILE or from the University of South Wales?

Ans. The degree is awarded by the University of South Wales (USW), UK. USW is a Privy Council-accredited, QAA-endorsed public university with over a century of academic excellence. Students complete 80 credits at Lexicon MILE and 100 credits at USW, and graduate from USW with a globally recognized MBA degree.

Ques. What are the additional costs for the UK component of the GMBA program?

Ans. In addition to the India component fee (Rs. 7,50,000 + GST) and the UK tuition fee (GBP 7,500), students need to budget for IELTS/English proficiency test fees, UK student visa fees, Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS), travel costs (flights), and UK living/accommodation expenses. These costs are not included in the program fee and vary based on individual circumstances.

Ques. Is IELTS mandatory for the GMBA program?

Ans. IELTS or an equivalent English language proficiency test is required for the UK component (University of South Wales). Students must meet USW's English language requirements to progress to the UK term. Candidates should check the current USW English language requirements on the USW website.

Ques. Can I get an education loan for the GMBA program at Lexicon MILE?

Ans. Yes, education loan facilities are available for the India component of the GMBA program. Lexicon MILE has tie-ups with banks and NBFCs for education loans.
