Environmental nature based cooling vibes
Central of city easy access to everywhere
Faculty are friendly in nature and cooperative

Dislikes

Less priorities to study and career rather than discipline
Not giving 100% placements and lack of scope
Fees are gettin too high for middle class families

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I said there was less efforts towards career and study rather being good economist they use to waste time and energy in discipline and after all ni placements after paying that high fees resources were low library was small

Likes

Small class size, the teachers could focus on individual growth
Great teachers, almost all our teachers are PHD graduates
Bunch of extracurricular activities, we are allowed to enroll into a selection of extracurricular activities

Dislikes

Toughness of the curriculum is a lot more than high school
Work load is immense when it comes to studies
Not enough sports facilities for on campus training

Course Curriculum Overview:

Economics is very highly relevant to the field of finance in fact it is one of the most preferred fields, the curriculum is highly specialized in a way to make it accessible in the real world, maybe digging a bit more deeper into quantitative finance would be helpful, the timings of exams are feasible.

Campus with lots of greenery and natural environment
Its a old research Institute and the you can find old buildings
Its very old research institution in india and one of the finest Institute for economics in India.

Placement Experience:

5th semester students eligible for campus placements. Sitting for Placement is not compulsory as many students wants to take masters. Students how have seated for placement have got placed. I planned for my masters

Reality of my college life

Likes

Like the course structure is good,it has many relevant subjects for studying

Dislikes

The campus life is so boring and there no events like in the rest of the college
No college trips and the students are also grouped within themselves

Course Curriculum Overview:

I took BSc economics and their curriculum is pretty good.I chose it because it was bsc and included mostly mathematical subjects.This course teach many relevant things which can be applied to the real world it is mostly partical rather than theoretical.We have semester exam as well as internals, so four exams once a year and the exams are really tough.

Remarks:

Best college for this course. Course is very expansive, faculty is great, hence Gokhale is the perfect fit for my financial future. Gokhale has students coming in from all walks of life, hence helps us to grow not just in classrooms but also outside them.
