Know this before getting in DCSMAT

Likes

The food was pretty decent and there was even other cafeteria and a hotel inside campus to provide food.
The hostel provides laundry service which is very useful.
The calm and quiet area brings out the peace and helps us to concentrate on our studies

Dislikes

Boys hostel rooms. It can be made better and brought more facilities with regard to their over priced hostel fees
Overall support for sports. The sports should be encouraged more. Common sports like football, cricket and badminton can't be played in the campus due to lack of a proper ground. The ground currently played is concrete surfaced
The idea of residential campus. This leave us with no choice but to stay in hostel. That will bring boredom to a next level. Students don't have anything else to do in campus even if they are having free time. Going out is very hard process

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is pretty standard. I opted for this course because i wanted a corporate job and top managerial positions, which this course provide and help us. The curriculum includes seminars, evening presentations, ppt presentation which help us to relate to real world. The area i felt which needed an improvement is faculties could use more relatable real life incidents to teach rather than sticking with the theory alone. There would be a total of 2 internal exams, 1 model exam, and 1 final exam each semester exams are pretty standard and i was able to pass every exam without fail

Remarks:

Transportation is very poor it is too tough to get to the college and to go the home that is though job for the students and vechicles is prohibited inside and outside of the campus and the climate is very good always chill climate about 18 degree Celsius.
