MVGR Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From 4th year onwards students will be eligible for campus placements. The companies visited our campus are amazon,mahindra,pennant,hcl,tata consultancy services,infosys,capgemini,accenture,next wave.Highest package is 25 lakhs where as average package is 5.2 lakhs percentage of students getting placed every year is 60% my plan is to get a software job in the company like amazon

Curriculum and everything is nice except the fact that nothing we studied and nothing which was taught to us will be appearing in the exam. I chose this course because I'm interested to pursue my career in software field

I don't think I'll be relying on the campus placement as they are mostly 3.6 - 5 LPA , which is low paid jobs as I think. Companies like cognizant, infosys,tcs, prolifics, etc come to the college. I plan on doing a job with good salary or do a business or try for a government job.

Generally from 7th sem placement drives start in our college. Very less companies visit to our college don't know why but the startups come to the college more. 18lakhs is the highest package in the last year placement Less percentage got placed I may try for govt. Jobs.

Curriculum is very academic oriented. You will get to learn what you are coming for and additionally if you want to discover you will have enormous oppurtunities to discover. Every semester you'll have a career growth subject where you'll understand different aspects of having a career apart from your interests.

placements are way bad and not at all upto the mark some of the companies that visit are pennent , hexaware, catalogue, keka etc highest package is 25lpa avg is 3,5 lpa the percentage of students getting place are around 40 percent and my plan is to get a job in campus placement

The placements used to be great and one who was worthy and put in the work could easily secure the job ,but in 2025 there is a huge shift in the paradigm of jobs thanks to emergence of AI thus placements are no longer a given ,you have to be both lucky and skillfull to get accepted,also most companies tend to brush off students with less than 70 percent cgpa for their offering so keeping cgpa above 70 is recommended.

According to my college curriculum, it is very very waste for real world applicationss, and practical things. It is not suitable for industry vision or aim. I wanna suggest to you that the course curriculum must fill the gap between industry and students.

Placement are very good so many companies will attend to take students as interns and good packages are also provided by Them average placement package of my collage is 555000 so I plan for entering into a start up and get experience and I want to build my own start up

Our college placements starting in 7th semester. We had top recruiters form Capgemini, infosys,medha,penant etc.. In last year we had 80% of students placed in companies. We had a rule theat no backlogs students are allowed for placement process. In last year we had 2 students who got 25lpa package which is the last year's highest package. Above students are from cse. Coming to cse total 173 students are eligible for placements in that 153 students are getting placed. My plan is to getting placed in campus interviews. My backup plan is to get placed in off campus.
