Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Electronics / Computer Science as an optional subject.
A minimum aggregate of 45% marks in the above subjects is required (40% for SC/ST candidates).
For Lateral Entry (2nd year direct admission): Diploma holders from AICTE-approved institutions in the relevant branch with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) are eligible.
Candidates must have a valid score in KCET 2026 or COMEDK UGET 2026 for respective quota admissions.

Admission Process

Register and appear for KCET 2026 (via cetonline.karnataka.gov.in) or COMEDK UGET 2026 (via comedk.org).
After results, participate in the respective counselling process - KEA UGCET counselling for KCET, or COMEDK counselling for COMEDK quota.
Fill in college and course preferences during the option entry/choice filling round.
