Dmca hackathon, car racing competition,marathi vangmay mandal are some of the great festivals performed during academics, the library has almost all books delivered at earliest to students, about classrooms have a good condition with the ventilated room.
The faculty members are good and they cooperate with you in your studies if you have any idea to make the college curriculum more exciting then they are ready to accept.
The professors i helpful and also takes initiative to help the student understand the concept in a better way, even during online classes.

Dislikes

the this that i really dislike is about the campus place as our college was only a building now its 2 buildings the only concern was the ground as we students we really need ground for sports.
second thing that i really dont like is the event duration, as every college had their events going on for a month with each of the activity conducted on different different days but our DMCE they conduct the sports or the annual event in a week.
As I mentioned a part of crowd is very ambitious at the same time a part of crowd is into lot of bad things againits up to you what you choose to do

Likes

College staff is supportive and campus is moderate
Teaching staff is excellent and clear the doughts
Fest,sport , program are limited but good and college is affordable

Dislikes

College campus is small than expected but moderate as we consider Mumbai
Infrastructure and equipment are not good equipments don't work properly
College uses its own pages for experiments and assignment pages are limited for writing and xerox is costly in college

Placement of this college is average, average package is 4.5 lpa most of the students are eligible from semester 7 The companies like Capgemini, Accenture, mind space, LTI, siemens, eclerx ,etc visited to college campus. In recent mind space give place about 12 lpa. Placement percentage is 80 percentage After getting degree my plan is for higher studies.

They Have Biggest Events Is Name Is Milestone And The College Have Their Batmantion Court Also On Second Floor In Old Building They Coundcty Sport Also An Fresher Party For Frist Year Student

A nice college for Kalyan Dombivali Thane students

Likes

The college has a nice library which has ample copies of books related to your course, and there's a badminton court for students to play
The faculty is well qualified and experienced
The girls to boys ratio is roughly 1:5 in my class

Dislikes

The college canteen is not really well maintained

Placement Experience:

Most of the mindspace companies visit this college and one may expect a placement of 3-8lpa upon your merit. The average placement is 3lpa while the highest usually goes up to 8-9lpa. My plan is to pursue masters after this degree

A Deep Dive into the pros and cons of Datta Meghe College of Engineering(DMCE), Airoli

Infrastructure is moderate. The Senior faculty of my department gives a good guidance for Smart India Hackathon organized by government of India.
Ready to help when we have a doubt regarding publishing the research paper, or any other doubt from curriculum point of view.

Dislikes

Average package of the companies who hire for software engineering positions can be improved.
Very few companies in the count of 1-4 companies comes for Data Related Job Roles i.e. Data Analyst, Data Scientist, and Data Engineer. The companies count can be increased.

Placement Experience:

In my department, placements started at the end of the Third Year. From a fresher point of view, even if he/she didn't have any internship experience and if he/she gets hired through On-Campus mode, the average package varies from 3-4 Lakhs Per Annum and the Highest Package goes up to 6-8 Lakhs Per Annum.

Likes

The college has great faculty which are highly qualified and experienced.
The college conductes great extra curricular activities such as quizs, workshops,etc.
The college has great opportunities in term of internship and placement.

Dislikes

The college campus doesn't have any ground except built-in badminton court and all indoor courts
The college lecture time is too long which is not needed.
Though the college has all streams available it only has a single canteen.

Placement Experience:

The seventh semester students are eligible for campus placements. The companies such as tcs,godrej, mindspace,etc made offers. The highest package provided was around 35lpa and average is somewhat around 300000 lpa. Due to recession in this period the number of placement has decreased a bit.

My College Story: A Journey Through Academics and Extracurriculars

college management team, College faculty, HOD of comps Dept. As I was from COMP department each of the faculty members were very polite and they were genuinely helping each of the students in their academics as well as getting internships from them.
each of the faculty is highly educated and some of them actually written the books of tech-neo about the subjects that are there in the syllabus. many of the teachers are involved in the committees and each of them brings new students on board.
each of the faculty have a very close and secure relationship with the students and this really helps within the exam time as they provide the important questions for the exams and also helps the students with active backlogs in the subjects.

Dislikes

I really dislike is about the campus place as our college was only a building now its 2 buildings the only concern was the ground as we students we really need ground for sports.

Placement Experience:

Placements took place in the college last year till then you can do any internships from your end but the placement scenario takes certain conditions that the student who is going to appear for the placement should not have any backlogs on any subjects and should minimum have 60% in the overall curriculum. Honestly, companies only hire students who have the skills for the desired role that they give. During my placement period, almost 8 to 9 companies came for campus placement including companies like Saint Gobain, Deloitte, tech-Mahindra, etc. But the number of companies came more for female candidates which makes them an additional benefit for placement. On average the placement package is about 4 lpa whereas the highest package was about 6 LPA for Saint Gobain and I got selected for 2 companies and the salary package was 4 LPA.

Curriculum is of Mumbai University which will helpful for placement as it is well-known University all over country . syllabus division for every semester is good .exam section is helpful for students they do provide awareness for examination for
They provide drinking water and have staff for cleaning around 50 peoples.
Timing of college is good we can develop our skills side by side

Dislikes

Faculty here is well educated but they dont seem helpful they dont solves doubts of students not every faculty but most of them have ego and attitude acts like they work for free
Classroom during summer classroom feels like a cooker they dont have good fans or AC in labs
Examination section doesn't accept cash or online payment they want dd cheque every time which is hectic

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed computer science engineering as this is a current trend . This course will help me to do my best in IT sector and currently the world needs computer so i will be in profit in future in terms of my career. This curriculum is of Mumbai University which prepares the students from basic knowledge to advance level so it will help me to compete in real world but it will not help me to invent any new thing from it as this curriculum is vast it takes a huge amount of presious time of the students to do shitty things which will not help them also some of the curriculum has very old things which we don't use in current time so its better to ignore it . The frequency of examination is semester is of six months in which we have two unit test and one semester exam which mumbai University conducts . because of exams some students can't do other things in thier life or develop their skills

I like non toxic friends there
Canteen food is actually nice for real
Faculty is really supportive except one teacher

Dislikes

Campus area is really small
Consistency for conducting events is not available
Files and assessment paper fees are included in college fees itself but still they charge extra from Student

Placement Experience:

So many companies have visited our college regarding campus placement among them Amazon Capgemini Infosys TCS were the best recruiting companies and have given about 3.9 lakhs per annum package which is actually a good package considering as a fresher

I choose this course due to rising scope and high demand and also I was fond of Computers etc for every 60 students there is one faculty who guides and inspires students, qualification of faculty is mostly all are MTech and few are PhD. Term exams were held twice a year and was decently tough to score good marks

I choose Comps because it is a highly demanding career and with a high scope. For every 70 students, there is one faculty who guides and inspires students. Qualification of faculty is almost all are Mtech and few are PhD. Term exams were held twice a year and is decently tough to score good marks.
