- There are many professors who have excellent research in their fields
- This city/university is one of the best to be in for aviation studies
Dislikes
- Few courses may feel overwhelming as some professors expect their students to be the best but generally they are supportive
Campus Life
- There are two campuses in the university, but I never really needed to visit the other one. Most of the things I believe are on the main campus. A decent number of events happen in the university ( not too many if you are a party person, but enough that you can enjoy yourself with your friends).
- There are very nice facilities available for gaming and sports, including almost all types of courts and athletic facilities. There are very nice gyms on the campus as well. The main gym in the YMCA is the fanciest one I’ve ever seen. There’s a nice library on campus as well, where students can go and study in a common area/ book rooms for presentation practice or studying in solidarity.
Fees
- Tuition fees per semester depend on the number of credit hours taken. For 9 credit hours in the first semester, the total fee was around 9000 USD, including health insurance (This is without any scholarship). As a teaching assistant, it comes down to around 1500 USD per semester, including insurance.

- Small Classrooms with interaction from professor. Professors are always open and willing to teach students
- On campus jobs opportunities. While working as a graduate assistant on campus I got a lot of time to adjust in the new country and learn things faster.
- Campus location close to many affordable housing facilities. A lot of apartment residences are available near campus much affordable than the on campus housing and these are walkable to the campus
Dislikes
- Parking Issues. Its really hard to park on campus in the morning after you pay for the parking permit
- Lack of Diversity. Graduate classes are mostly occupied with international students
- Weather. The climate is really harsh in the winters and summer
Campus Life
- There are many campuses on campus named, Engineering, Business School, Arts and Finances and many more.
- There are libraries, grounds, stadiums, gym, health services, police station.
- There are many clubs like SGA, SCA, IISE, ISA, Ameya, Gaming and other student organizations.
- All the international festivals are celebrated all around the campus. Most of the events are free of cost
Fees
- The Fees Structure is pretty simple, You only have to pay it each semester before the end of the beginning semester.
- There are flexible ways to pay the university fess using credit cards and payment plan which allow you to pay the university fees in 3 EMI options.
- We have a tuition fee, Campus infrastructure fees, insurance, Online books, Lab Charges. the monthly estimated expense living off campus would be 600- 800 dollars.
- The transportation is almost free since most of the locations are covered by Wichita transit and its free for all the wsu students

Overview
According to the campus infrastructure it's very good and students have a variety of options like library sports center, etc. and they also get the chances of on campus jobs under the professor and in the dining hall and according to the study the faculty is good and everything depends on your focus.
Campus Life
Good everything was there clubs and everything the students need like swimming pool , recreation center and many other like library for studying. Many of the students have their own laptops but still if you want a new one you can just take it from the library and give it back and lots of events go through every day and there will be a more connection with the us students.
Overview
I transferred here from the University of Kansas because WSU felt more like home and everyone is much friendlier and more helpful, making my experience less stressful.
Fees
The fees here are a lot more reasonable than I thought they were at KU, I'm not sure what the specifics are. But overall, it's a very affordable experience.
