I liked the program of ms in computer science and I thought that it would be a better career option that I had decided to step into. Our university also helps in making connections which is a skill that I needed to develop. Overall my college experience was great. Faculty members are helpful and always ready to support us. I'm quite disappointed about the placement but overall a great learning experience.
Submitted a CV, 3 LORs and an SOP. Be sure to highlight your academic abilities and mention why you align with the program and course offerings. Alumni Network, Location, Access to cross program facilities. Great infrastructure, amazing network of people, decent on campus opportunities to supplement your expenses, overall an expensive journey, but one that you'll enjoy. Has the same ups and downs, stress and laughter of a college.
no interview required Location and the course curriculum California is the main tech hub in USA and course is designed such that we have choices to pursue the minor like Data science. Overall it is a great experience to be here at usc. Good peopel around, great networking opportunities and cool places to visit nearby

USC is great but costly. The campus and intake is large; hence there is good competition for the oncampus jobs. Weather is good, but living in LA is costly. Students find it very difficult to make personal bondings with the faculties. Research opportunities are vast. Overall, USC stands out in few departments like Cinematic arts, Civil Engineering, Health Science.
Silicon valley is the global technology hub and many notable companies like Google, Facebook, Apple, Cisco, PayPal are headquartered there. It is also the home for thousands of startups. I wanted to be part of these tech giants in Silicon valley. After chatting with friends and relatives in united states, I got a strong feeling that studying in California might have a slight advantage in terms of job prospects and so was in search for admissions in the top universities in California. University of Southern California(from here on referred as USC) is well reputed and is one of the top private universities in California. USC has a good ranking in Computer Science. It also has great alumni network.
USC has a very good name and ranks in Computer Science and it is very well recognized in the job market as well. The location of USC is also very good for getting placed into good companies.
university of southern California is among the top universities for its computer science program so it became an obvious choice for me. It has renowned faculty, a great curriculum, and is located in the city which is beneficial in terms of networking. Located in California, companies find it easier to interview students and also make it easier for students to find jobs.
