Note: APS certificate is the only hard gate. BBW accepts applications before APS is ready. The admission letter is not issued until APS is received. Start APS at aps-india.de before or immediately after submitting the BBW application. Do not wait for the BBW acceptance to initiate APS.

8. Set up blocked account: €11,904 (₹13.35 Lakhs) via Fintiba or Expatrio. Allow 10 business days.
9. Apply for a German Student Visa (Type D) via VFS Global. Visa fee: €75 (₹8,409).

Note: The BBW portal address (academyfive.net) is different from the university's main website (bbw-hochschule.de). The portal is the only accepted application channel.
