Course Curriculum Overview
I believe chemistry is the coolest among the science trio! (Hence I took it!) And the B.Sc course did not disappoint! We had to study the whole spectrum- inorganic, organic and physical chemistry for this.
Placement Experience
Not many companies come to recruit from the Honours science stream, but college still holds placement training for us. We are trained in communication skills and aptitude so that we may get placed if any company does come.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee is Rs 2800 per year, without calculating the hostel and exam fee. Since it is a government college, fee is not very high. Rs 8400 for a 3 year course is quite affordable. And the education provided is excellent.
Campus Life
Indoor games, outdoor games, I've played all whilst in college! We had chess and carrom arrangements in the hostel common room and a massive ground for football and cricket. There is no gender or religious discrimination.
Admission
You have to apply for the preferred degree online via their website. We also have to send the scanned documents- Aadhar Card, pass certificates and photo IDs. Of course, all this only if you pass their eligibility criteria.
Faculty
The faculty just made the coolest science cooler! Our HOD, Dr A.R Khan was the best of the lot. All the teachers used varied techniques and audio-visual classes to make sure we had a good time and were not unresponsive in class.
